Very happy with the total experience with this company. They were courteous, informative and professional in there dealings with us. We were quite concerned with state of the pipes that lay under the neighbouring house being a shared plumbing sewer line. Blockages were becoming more frequent and the idea of a pipe collapse was pretty frightening. We have used the team at PIPE on two occasions and they have been excellent. The work was done quickly with no fuss and the solution worked really well (until the tree roots grew back again). Interestingly, we had to use another provider recently because the PIPE team were not available and we ended up having to get PIPE to do the work again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were prompt, professional, and very clean. Each staff member gave me confidence I was getting the job done by the right team. That's the high level.Here's the detail: I contacted these guys just before Christmas needing an urgent drain clearing prior to guests arriving. The technician who came out was fantastic, showed me the issue (council's tree roots) and got it cleaned out quickly. He gave me a quote on the spot for the relining and we got the job scheduled for early January. As promised, they turned up on the day and on time (when do you get a tradie doing that?), proceeded to clean the pipes thoroughly and then apply the patch. They were very clean and tidy, putting tarps down the whole way, cleaned everything up afterwards and very informative all along the way. Afterwards, I received video files of the whole job (pre clean, post clean, post patch). The office staff were just as helpful and accommodating. Give them a go - I was very happy and I'm sure you will be too.

The most professional company I have ever engaged, and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone having any type of plumbing issues. If you have issues don’t take the opinion of a normal everyday plumbing company, as I experienced 2 other companies that were completely incorrect on what they thought the issue was and what they thought the solution would be.A huge thank you to Matt for his empathy and understanding, if it was not for his professionalism and guidance other plumbers would have dug up the house foundation with possible structural damage. On the week of repairs, the boys, Ben, Connor and Mark were amazing. Kept me informed of what was happening, polite and courteous and they traveled over 3 hours every day to get here.And lastly a big thank you to Billie in the office who was amazing, always responsive and great with detail and communication. Vera and MichaelI have personally been involved in the Building Industry as a Carpenter for over 35yrs now and know how difficult it can be to find Tradesmen you feel comfortable with to complete the work not only to a very high standard, but exceed your expectations.Matt and his team have now completed two relining projects on our house, one of which was under the bathroom with the waste pipes fully enclosed by brick walls and backfilled with sand the other a vertical drop in the garden close to the boundary trap. We would highly recommend this company. The staff are very professional and friendly to deal with. Connor and George are such great workers and cleaned up all around the work site. We are proud to offer a 35 year installation guarantee and a life expectancy of up to 50 years on our relining work.

What does the Guarantee mean?
If you experience any drainage issues within 35 years of your relining work being installed, Pipe Relining Solutions will attend your property and assess the problem. If we find that the problem is caused by defective pipe relining installation we will fix your problem free of charge.
When does the Guarantee Commence?
Your guarantee commences on the day your works are completed.
What does the Guarantee Cover?
The guarantee only covers the section of the pipe work that has been relined.
Maintaining the Guarantee
If your relined pipe work has been cleaned, cleared or modified by another reliner or plumber your warranty will be voided. If you experience any drainage issues please notify our office on 1300 366 834 so that we can assess your problem and keep your warranty intact.
Annual Inspection
Because we are confident in our workmanship and product, each year we are happy to provide an annual inspection of your relined pipework free of charge.
