From the office support team, throughout the quoting process (explaining and documenting how the repairs would be done), to the team undertaking the work to resolve the issues under our building, Pipe Relining Solutions were professional, knowledgable, polite, efficient, reliable and solutions driven throughout. The job required an earthenware pipe running underneath our building - front to the back - to be relined, and two large old style drains in the common area.to be repaired and upgraded. Any issues that arose along the way were dealt with on the spot, without drama, with the team working late on one of the days to eliminate a potential delay. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and paid particular attention to the final clean up once work was complete. They ensured that the area was safe for residents whilst working and when the job finished. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Lived in our home for 20 years and have had three different plumbers come out for various issues in that time. This is the first time the issues were explained in a simple, easily understood manner. We could view inside the sewer line in both directions from the boundary trap to see what was damaged and what needed doing. I was really happy with the service from this company. When Connor came to look at the job, I was sure it would involve relining of the pipes, as other contractors had said the site was not accessible from under the house to replace the pipes. However Connor looked under the house anyway and decided that they could utilise this access for the job which ended up saving us a lot of money! Patrick and his workers were quick, quiet and efficient in carrying out the work, and Fred in the office was really courteous and efficient in following up with paperwork etc, so all in all it was a great job and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solution to their pipe worries.

I'm most impressed with this company. Fred and technician Conner were very helpful and knowledgeable about my pipe problem of a collapsed wastewater line connecting to the sewer main They answered all my questions in detail giving me a clear understanding of what needed to be done. They contacted the water authority for me and Fred sent the link where I could get further assistance from the water authority. Overall I couldn't fault their service and professionalism. I recently engaged Pipe Relining Solutions to repair my sewer line in my old 1950's house. I found Pipe Relining Solutions on the internet and I had no previous experience with them. I had a major ongoing issue and previous plumbers have been problematic, to say the least. Pipe Relining Solutions turned up on time, were professional, respectful and efficient in their review of the issue with my system. Without hesitation I engaged the team to fix the issue which they did in a day. I am impressed by their professionalism and grateful that they were able to fix this issue as to dig this up would have cost a lot more than relining. BEST relining company in Sydney! I found the whole team are very honest, reliable and very professional to deal with. From initial enquiry after speaking to a very knowledgeable Fred at the head office to receiving free quote where Connor came and inspected everything with his camera and advice on pricing, I never felt these guys are here to rip me off like all other pipe relining companies out there. Pipe Relining Solutions are the real deal pipe expertise plumbers, they are very honest - came out to inspect a suspected ongoing issue associated with aggressive tree root damaging our underground pipes in our strata building. They completed the inspection, provided an honest view on what the issue was and recommended an alternative solution which provides 2 quotes that can be staged within 5-10 years. This is a very professional company. These guys are great. It's the 2nd time I've had them fix my old pipes (a different section this time). The first time the pipes were under my house, the 2nd time they were under my pavers. What I love is that there was no digging required!They're professional, provide video footage of the issue and then the fix. We have used the team at PIPE on two occasions and they have been excellent. The work was done quickly with no fuss and the solution worked really well (until the tree roots grew back again). Interestingly, we had to use another provider recently because the PIPE team were not available and we ended up having to get PIPE to do the work again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were prompt, professional, and very clean. Each staff member gave me confidence I was getting the job done by the right team. That's the high level.Here's the detail: I contacted these guys just before Christmas needing an urgent drain clearing prior to guests arriving. The technician who came out was fantastic, showed me the issue (council's tree roots) and got it cleaned out quickly. He gave me a quote on the spot for the relining and we got the job scheduled for early January. As promised, they turned up on the day and on time (when do you get a tradie doing that?), proceeded to clean the pipes thoroughly and then apply the patch. They were very clean and tidy, putting tarps down the whole way, cleaned everything up afterwards and very informative all along the way. Afterwards, I received video files of the whole job (pre clean, post clean, post patch). The office staff were just as helpful and accommodating. Give them a go - I was very happy and I'm sure you will be too.

The most professional company I have ever engaged, and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone having any type of plumbing issues. If you have issues don’t take the opinion of a normal everyday plumbing company, as I experienced 2 other companies that were completely incorrect on what they thought the issue was and what they thought the solution would be.A huge thank you to Matt for his empathy and understanding, if it was not for his professionalism and guidance other plumbers would have dug up the house foundation with possible structural damage. On the week of repairs, the boys, Ben, Connor and Mark were amazing. Investigation
To diagnose the condition of your property’s sewer or storm water system we insert a high-tech CCTV drain camera into the affected drain. Using this equipment we can assess the nature of the problem by viewing it via a monitor at ground level.
Location
Pipe Relining Solutions uses highly advanced pipe locators that allow us to pinpoint the exact location and depth of the problem. This works by tracking an electrical signal omitted from the head of the drain camera.
Record and Quote
We record the condition of your drain and, by keeping it on file, we can assess the rate of its deterioration. This recording of your drain is then used to provide you with an accurate quote to fix the problem.

Preventative Drain Inspections

If you’re experiencing blocked drains regularly it’s likely that your drain is damaged. You can organise drain cleaning when it blocks up but you don’t know what’s causing the problem.
